Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your ROAM purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-returnable items:
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Personal-use items (where applicable)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as ROAM cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 - 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Lost Returns
ROAM is not responsible for returns lost in transit if no tracking information is provided.
